Sorry! Just saw the mustache was post-progesterone cream. I'd still be curious if these were related to PCOS, though. While I did have high testosterone and cysts during Mirena, it was really after the cream (I think we have discussed the necessary evils of this cream before) that I started having the insulin resistance symptoms-- foggy brain/urinary problems/eye problems. I have been off it for over a year, and these have definitely gotten better, but are not back to normal yet.
