why the moustache and still waiting on silicone

Question: Where does the moustache come from? I didn't get it on Mirena, I got it after 4 months of progesterone cream to try to fix my messed up hormones. I stopped the cream over 2 months ago and the moustache is still there. What causes that???? At least it's blond.
I paid a hospital out of pocket ($85) to get a silicone test since Quest couldn't figure out how to do it. I'm pretty sure they did it this time, because they billed me, but the Dr. didn't have the result even after 3 weeks. Where do they test, the MOON? As you can see, I am still a bit irritated.
