Agreed, except...Re: Experts and teachers
An expert sells, a teacher gives.
An experts reward is silver and gold. A teachers reward is teaching itself.
One can teach and have a fair exchange of money. In a school room someone has to pay for the textbooks, chalk, construction paper, pencils, crayons, paper, rulers, calculators, computers, data-banks of knowledge and the TIME it take takes to compile, organize and present it all.
We "sell" herbs as part of our teaching. There are many months that we "do without" fresh greens & produce (opting for rice & beans or other low-end staples) in order to make sure those without enough money have what they need. Our reward is NOT gold or silver (it's being a part of someone elses learning & healing), and the fact that we make high quality herbal products available for 30-75% of retail IS "giving".
Not all sellers or "experts" are like us, this is true. But just because there's an exchange of money involved along the line doesn't make someone incapable of being a strong & selfless teacher (in the truest sense of the word).
