I don't know. That doesn't seem too free to me.

That was nowhere near blocking the free flow of ideas.  If you want an example of that then look at the moderator erasing of my post on the Cancer Support forum just because HE disagreed that cancer viruses are a common cause of cancer despite all the evidence presented that they are. Simply posting an opinion or pointing out a danger is not blocking free flow of ideas.  

If someone said it is healthy to get your exercise by running on a busy freeway and someone said that would be dangerous would that be blocking the free flow of ideas? Of course not, just the opposite since it creates more valuable information for people to make a rational decision on.  

One of my favorite alternative therapies is ozone therapy, and yet I still warn people as to the dangers of improper use as I also warn people of the dangers of certain herbs even though herbs are the main thing I work with.  Again, warning people of dangers associated with therapies IS NOT stifling the free flow of ideas.
