Anyone else have recurring Urinary infections?

Just wondering if anyone else has had recurring uti?
Im on Antibiotics for the 2nd time in 6 weeks. I had one a year ago but other than that have never had one before mirena. First question im asked by doctors when i tell them i think i have one is when was your last period? When i say i dont get one cuz i have mirena iud they have no comment except that its normal for women to have recurring uti's. Im worried that it could have something to do with my back pain except that it is in my upper back. If it were a kidney problem wouldnt i have lower back pain? Really hoping my gyno refers me for some tests when i go see him to remove my Mirena!
