do u know what was causing this

hi Insight.. did u ever figure this out what was causing these symptoms. I have similiar ones. i wonder if it has anything to do with my Gi tract. It is so scary. I feel like i am going to have a heart attack or something. my mid/upper back is pained as well. Like attacks. makes my neck extremely stiff too. been manymany months!! UGH!
