Re: Very concerned! - Thinks n' thoughts: Re: Developed a sensitivity/allergy to cayenne?

"Well, you don't have to be 'stroking' to have a major/minor carotid/jugular blockage."

That's true. I do have a moderate amount of plaque in my carotid arteries (I found out during an ultrasound after the neck injury), but since last year I haven't experienced what I perceive to be direct issues from it. Much of the chest pain I had experienced for years has decreased as well, since applying what I can to get well.

"And I don't know how olive oil would counter the possibility of a blood sugar spike :( maybe you know sumpin' I don't, if so...please share! :)"

Well, it might be somewhat of an assumption, but I've read several things suggesting that a lack of dietary fat can play a big role in the development of diabetes (like this article:  http://www.youngerthanyourage.com/13/diabetes.htm ), and I've read posts here on CureZone (like this one: http://curezone.com/forums/am.asp?i=1149600 ) that say you should "chew" your juice thoroughly before swallowing it (Dr.Christopher also said this), or taking it with oil/similar, so as to prevent the "high and low/crash" of the sugar in the juice. I've heard that highs and lows like this can exhaust the adrenals, etc. All of this leading into diabetes. I connected the dots and to me it made sense to be getting enough plant oil/fats daily to prevent even the possibility. Not only that, but olive oil has many other benefits, as you know, and I've grown fond of its taste.

"So, you haven't been taking the cayenne tincture/powder (?) consistently on a daily basis?"

Yes, I had been. I just hadn't taken it that day yet (Easter). It was in the morning; I woke up with that pressure mildly, and took some cayenne to treat it thinking it was blood pressure.

And my experience is the same as what you mentioned - I've so far never seen high blood pressure after taking cayenne (which is amazing).

"When you say 'several times/next few days...is that consistently with or without the cayenne? <---- important question."

I believe I took some on Monday, but not on Tuesday or Wednesday, as I started suspecting the cayenne/peppers.

"'just need to solidly confirm...this ONLY happens when using cayenne, or it happens sometimes WITHOUT using cayenne?"

It seems to happens with peppers of any kind right now, including cayenne and the peppers that were in that spicy cocktail.

"But if you've a carotid/jugular blockage or malformation (which is possible, due to the neck injury and twisting out of place) - it makes sense that when the cayenne tries to regulate the circulation, and the circulation 'can't get through', that you'd feel pressure."

That makes sense too, but I don't know. I haven't taken cayenne or eaten anything spicy since the other day and haven't experienced that pressure sensation. I was going to eat some garlic cloves today to see if it has a similar effect but I need to go out and get some, as the garlic I had sprouted in my refrigerator.

"Yes, a substantial amount of one single food over a period of time (when the liver is not 'up to par', or one is substantially throwing off the nutritional balance) can cause our bodies to say "no more already!"...but we're talking "enough" to cause stress to the liver or to throw of the nutritional balance substantially."

I've definitely not yet gotten to the Schulze dosages (been working up to it), but I've been pretty sick, so maybe I was already nutritionally imbalanced enough to have such an effect?

"Not knowing what your diet is like, there's no way for me to know if you're niacin deficient...and not knowing if you've done a thorough colon cleanse and whether or not you're assimilating nutrients from food makes any suggestion on my part VERY "iffy"."

Well, after reading some Dr.Hay material and such, I've become aware of food combining, etc. My diet for the past few months has been high in fruits, some vegetables, almost no bread, and some meat sometimes. Can't say I don't ever, but I consume next to no junk food. I haven't had soda and other such products for more than a year.

For awhile I was eating only fruits, and a little vegetables, but I started losing a lot of weight and since I'm already quite thin from sickness (around 4 years ago I was about 170 lbs and physically fit. I started losing weight as I was getting sicker, and hit 115 lbs at my lowest. Right now I float around 120-125.), I became hesitant and started eating meat again. I was also fatigued a lot while not eating meat. I did notice that I felt "lighter" in my head and better in some ways while eating only plants, but I just felt weak. When I eat animal products, I don't feel those same weaknesses, but I also feel heavy and sluggish. Maybe it was detox I was experiencing, but dropping so much weight and seeing myself loose more, while feeling weak and tired had me wondering if I was dying.

I've done two colon cleanses, but I think I'm not done yet. I've also done two liver flushes; planning on another one soon. I'm also in the middle of a second Humaworm round.

Are there any specific diets you'd recommend? The mucusless diet and the 80/10/10 diet have both caught my eyes lately.

"Quite honestly, this concerns me very much (especially knowing all those muscles.....Of all the things above, the castor oil is EXTREMELY important/effective."

Those are great recommendations. I'll make the castor oil a priority. I might have to avoid the alfalfa though because I have a hayfever/asthma reaction to hay, and it's been too long to remember how I react to eating alfalfa.

"...but please consider addressing everything at once."

I definitely will/am. From what I understand, it's primarily the Incurables Program you're having your successes on, so I've been reading up on this and watching the Health Crusade videos.

Anyways, thanks for giving your time and energy to help out. I appreciate it, and it seems like many others here do too.
