The pimples could be an allergy or infection. If it is still bothering you and keeps spreading it's more likely to be an infection. Sometimes an over the counter Antibiotic salve will stop this type of infection. Benadryl or other antihistamine may help with an allergy.

It is a good idea to wear gloves in the bathroom and/or sterilize your hands and under fingernails after going to the bathroom. It is easy to carry harmful bacteria to the face if you rubbed your eyes.
