Allergic Reaction after Liver/Gallbladder Flush

Ok so the day before yesterday I decided to try a liver flush. I drink half a cup of grapefruit juice and half olive oil. I went to bed laid on my right side. Then in the middle of the night I woke up and threw up a little bit of some green stuff. Mind you I had a restless night with nausea. Then I became constipated which freaked me out bc if you've flushed your liver and its in your body for more than 24 hours thats not good...its toxins...So then the next day after that (today) I woke up and my eyelids were covered in pimple like rash. Kinda like a heat rash. Today its spread to my chin and my eyelids are swollen and red. It looks like someone punched me!!!! And the pimple like rash just keeps spreading....Should I wait it out or go to a doctor? And what is this???? Oh and btw I finally had a bowel movement and pooped out in diarrhea a little bit of balls....but not much. I have been drinking water and after that had more raw juice (apple, kale, grapefruit, orange) the following morning to naturally flush my system some more....I'm kinda freaking out here.
