I think I will see how it goes, hopefully I am one of the lucky ones who can go dry a bit longer.
I find 2.5 days no problem at all and don't feel thirsty.
I guess the more I do it the better my body gets at finding water within itself.
The first time I did it I did feel de-hydrated, so I'll look for those symptoms.
I wonder if body fat levels play a part, the more fat you have the more water available so the longer you can go ?
I have a fair amount of fat on me at the moment.
