Dry fasting - how long can I go for?

I did a fair few
Water Fasts and then gave DRY fasting a go.
The results were SO much better.
I know you are only supposed to dry-fast for max 36 hours the first time you do it. I went over that by a few hours and a couple of days later started suffering from insomnia, depression, etc. Got over that fine.
Since then I've built up to doing a few 60 hour dry-fasts (friday night to monday morning =2.5 days) and not had any problems with them.
I have 10 days off over Easter and want to do a longer fast.
Is it safe to go from doing 2.5 day dry-fasts to doing say a 5 day dry fast, or should I build it up more slowly than that?
eg. I could do 3 days dry - drink half a pint of water - 4 days dry - drink another half pint of water - do 3 days dry
or will I be ok to do 5 days dry - half a pint of water - 5 days dry ??
I know some of you have experimented quite a bit with dry fasting (fonty ;-) ), just wondering what you think is safe.
