Thank you for suggesting a bible study. We have not had many people here to help/share their opinions on bible scripture and we knew that the few of us that were here did not have the time to take on anything that required being here every day to reply to people.
So if you don't mind a slow response from time to time....or different ideas that may be mentioned, then I think we will do fine. We just have to agree to disagree or it becomes a debate and we don't want that in this forum.
Many of us have debated in the past and have learned the hard way how to have peace within the body of Christ. We all have to learn it at some point and overcome. New people may join in who have not had the opportunity to overcome these differences and there may be a period of uneasiness until a spiritual mindset is set in each person to respect the person they are disagreeing with, and not feel hurt or threatened by another person's opinions.
Sometimes the best of christians can get caught up in being hurt because many at curezone are ill and suffering....even though normally they would not be so touchy. I use to have trouble switching back and forth between the Debate Forums and other forums, not realizing I was still in debate mode.
So as long as we are aware of these things and with God's help, we can overcome and enjoy our fellowship together. I'm glad you are with us Sacristia. :)
