More breakouts

So I'm sorry for hijacking your thread, Brandi. It's sort of turned into a journal in my quest to kill these darn things.

So I must have gone down another layer in my skin or found another nest, because my left side under my jawline is breaking out. Weeks ago, it was below my ear on my jawline...the same kind of breakout...red bumps everywhere. Thankfully these aren't as bad, but gosh, I'm just so impatient. My forehead is also starting to break out again. Sigh.

My skin still does look much better, though. I had a waitress tell me today that I was "glowing". No kidding! So I guess I can deal with the zits for now. I just hope they go away soon. I'm finishing up my cycle, so I usually break out around this time of the month anyway, when my hormones start to go back to normal. Not sure why.

I've also noticed that the dark circles under my eyes are disappearing and my nose definitely looks smaller. It makes me know that I'm making progress, even if I have zits.

I'm still using the cold cream at night when I get home from work. I leave it on for about 45 minutes (after removing my makeup, of course) and then take it off. I've read places that I shouldn't wear makeup while trying to eradicate these buggers, but I'm just too vain and also have a job where I need to look professional. Makeup is unfortunately a necessity.

I wash out my makeup brushes in sulfur soap every night, and I also keep my mineral powder makeup in the freezer to kill any hitchhikers.

I have been using my M2 HP Skin Refinish 20% every night. This is a mandelic/malic peel. Some may say that this isn't a great idea, but I strongly believe that this is what got rid of my demodex infestation before. I got perfectly clear skin after using M2 for two months or so, and continued to have clear skin for over a year. I quit using it and my Acne returned within a few months of stopping.

Anyway, just an update. How are you progressing, Brandi?
