I am doing most of what you said except the psyllium to which I'm sensitive, it makes me achy and tired. I do eat a very clean whole foods diet with tons of fiber. I eliminated the progesterone before my period and reduced my dose after ovulation to 10 mg. in the AM only and it has helped a ton. I still have the brain fog but sleep and energy are good. I'll take that! Maybe the brain fog is b/c my body is still detoxing, who knows! I think it was converting to estrogen and cortisol which were waking me up in the middle of the night ravenous.
