Re: Depressed

Unfortunately the materials that excite me the most are toxic. Although, I think I will settle on some acrylic, which really isn't that bad as long as I'm not absorbing it into my skin. I might paint with water color... But actually I've been thinking about experimenting with some of the ground herbs that I've bought. I painted a little alien with spirulina but that's all so far.

My doctor gave me the b12 and i have my mom inject me. I started off doing it myself but at some point it hurt and then I couldn't make myself do it anymore. I'd sit there for 30 mins holding the needle and sweating and getting all stressed about it and finally decided to just have someone else do it.

I've read that ashwaghanda has been used to help wean people off of hc. It's also supposed to be an immune builder. I don't have any experience with it myself but it might be worth looking into if you haven't already. As soon as I find a gluten free tincture I will buy some and try it out.

Keep us posted!!!
