bottom line is I wish I could exercise but when I am in pain like that it is impossible ..all I wanna do is make it go away ya know

done a coffee enema last night and it didnt phase the pain for me.done castor oil pack for about 3 hrs with heat ..that didnt phase it either

I always drink lots of water ..3+ quarts a day

you have done such a great job with your healing/cleansing

kudos to you for that ( YAY !! )

I am gonna keep trying even though I keep getting knocked back a notch ..
