Flush, flush and flush some more! +editRe: ok I need advice please

You know you have a fatty liver [edit...full of all kinds of debris and liver flukes] (and that more than likely your liver us so engorged with liver flukes by now it bulging and deformed), so if the pain you're experiencing is anywhere near the vicinity of the liver/gallbladder pain areas, then do a liver flush already!!!  And continue flushing every week...until the amount of debris seen coming out is consistently less than the flushes before.

Your last flush (around a year ago?), ended up with you expelling liver debris for DAYS.  That indicated that your liver was massively/horrendously clogged & congested (as did the fact you had to have your gallbladder whacked out during 'benzo hell').  Whether or not this pain is emanating from the liver areas, you need to flush your liver consistently!  

Your liver (primarily, along with the kidneys) is responsible for converting sunlight to Vitamin D.  Want more Vitamin D?  Make SURE your liver is decongested and isn't having the blood sucked out of it (and hole bored into it) by liver flukes.

You should be having daily 'tongue bitters' to keep the bile flowing.  The Liver/GB tincture is perfect for that - 5-10 drops 5x daily.  A two oz bottle will last a couple of months.

Get yourself a couple CE's brewed up for 'the day after' and start flushing asap..that's the best advice I can give you.

Let me know if the pain is happening somewhere else, and we'll see if we can figger out what else is happening.  Whatever it is, it's likely to have something to do with your liver.
