How do you know if pain is even related to Gallstones?

Since Aug of 2010 I have considered my Upper right Quadrant Pain (just under my right ribcage) to be:

Gallbladder, or Gallstones
then
Duodenum Ulcer
and now
Abdominal Muscle Strain

I am working on all three of these conditions.

Original sonogram indicated Gallstones one 8mm size (about 1/3 of an inch) and multiple other stones.
I began a long list of protocols, Ursodiol 300 mg 2X daily, juicing, coffee enemas, flushes etc to help.

Surgeon did not think it was gallbladder related because I had good blood work and my pain was more chronic than acute.

About a month later a CT Scan was clear only showing 3 or 4 small gallstones- none seemed to be blocking a duct. Blood work came back fine again. Was referred to a GI Doc who wanted to do more invasive testing but I have just had my quota of invasive medical tests.
What led us on to ulcer diagnosis was that Prilosec helped my pain.
So I began a long list of protocols, to help Ulcers.
Just lately physical therapist added a third diagnosis to the mix - Abdominal Muscle Strain!

Seems Odd that that would be going on 8 months and cause me such awful chronic pain but I can see that I am doing things that would keep aggravating a strained abdominal muscle.

So I am working on all three of these conditions.

You can look up my user name Grace2Marayger to find the other posts / threads where I've been talking about this in much more detail.

Is there anyone who has had an experience like mine?
