All exertion tends to be a drain, (the strumming) though walking feels good, since you're getting fresh air too.
I stopped being able to take the stairs without getting exhausted.
Then I recall grating a few carrots on a hand grater, for the companion's dinner I think. Lifting a big bottle of water, just doing the norm, and then having to go lie down afterwards, hand to forehead like a cartoon of the dying, feeling utterly worn out. :-)Other days I would be out and feeling great. The body has its tides, like the ocean, and the underground.
