So far this is going great: Altough my heart rate tends to go up when doing sudden movements, and I feel more tired than usual after going up stairs or going for a walk, I have been going out every day and walk 30 minutes. No hunger pangs or cravings, and I could swear my mood has improved too. I also feel much more alert. But it's a fact, simple things like strumming the guitar for 20 minutes will speed up my heart a bit (nothing alarming). This is to be expected, as far as I understand.
Driving has proven not to be an issue, either. I took the opportunity to drive a bit slower and practice 'Zen Driving' :)
No problems staying focused reading or experimenting with technology so far.
According to all that I've read I shouldn't be in ketosis yet though, so maybe that's why. It will be 3 days tonight @ 8pm.
Do you guys/girls feel different when entering/staying in ketosis? Did the state (supposedly, brain fog, increased tiredness etc) persist for you ? Maybe you never felt like that in the first place?
In my studies I have found the available information about the above (subjective feeling on ketosis) to be rather contradictory. So any more feedback is welcome :)
