Enery is low first week usually but not totally bedridden type of thing.
I went out fair bit during my 40 day ,31 water ,3 juice,2 water and 4 juice fast. I started getting really faint though past day 25 or so and was scared would pass out and hurt myself ,etc and not just when getting up quick but just walking around. So switched to juice and was fine after that.

I spent lots of time on the Water Fast reading ,surfing net,this forum,recipes,reading cookbooks. I did a lot of organizing and cleaning around the house. I even did slow walking type exercise pretty much every day of my Water Fasting but did not do weight type exercise till refeed.

I did drive around in vehicles ,as driver and passenger.

I would not attempt to do hard physical type job on Water Fast especially extended one. Taking it easy and staying around the house in in retreat setting would be best.
