raw butter is tough to source in all but a few states.

Or, if you can get the raw dairy, attempt making it yourself.

If you drive to California a few times a year, you could get a few months supply... and bring it back home. Organic Pastures... They have raw cultured butter too.

They may ship in California to whoever you may be visiting, and some Whole Foods there carry the product.
