In a separate post, I asked about raw butter. Does anyone know of good sources of raw butter for a person who lives in the New Mexico area?
I am mostly vegetarian but am beginning to add animal fats to my diet (like cod liver oil, krill oil and probably fish, if I knew of a good source...)
I think there are a number of ways to achieve the same result, so we have a number of options. It's a good idea to be flexible, and open to what research says about how to achieve optimal health.
