Re: I just spent the last hour reading this...
I want to just add my .02 to this. I am new to this site and to natural healing. But I truly believe that we have a natural healing instinct within each and every one of us.
I lost my father to brain cancer this last August. It was ans still is the hardest and most devastating thing I have ever gone through. My eyes were opened to how STUPID and inconsiderate doctors can be!I really wish I could have come across Shulze's protocols while my dad was here but I didn't.
My father's health started to take a nosedive about 4 years ago when he went in for a "relatively simple and non-invasive surgical procedure" per the doc. They were going to fix a small hernia and fix the flap that helps with acid reflux. Well that "relatively simple and non-invasive surgical procedure" left my dad in ICU for days after! I could not get a straight answer as to what the hell happened! Finally I was told that they had to remove his slpeen because it was bleeding. Well I am no idiot....the spleen does not just start bleeding on it's own! THEY punctured his slpeen and the doctor filled my dad's head with bs saying that it was NO BIG DEAL!!!!!!!! What? No big deal? WOW! Well my dad was NEVER the same after that! I beleive that what his body went through after that ordeal and the fact that he no longer had a slpeen lead him on his road to cancer. Of course this is just my opinion.
After my dad passed away I know that I HAD to get my health seen to! I owed it to myself and my family. I knew that I was not going to the doctor for help! I was going to help myself and learn what I could and get my health back!
I am not a "crunchy" person!LOL I have never been big on organic and natural.......but..... I knew that putting certain things in my body was just not right. It was just an instinct. Lotions,soaps,shampoos..I started getting really picky and paying more attention to the ingredients. Same with food.....now I pair that with what I am learning and I wasn't even scratching the surface!
So all of these procedures that are "relatively simple and non-invasive" really get my blood boiling! As soon as we come to the realization that doctors are trained to doagnose and treat with drugs and surgery........the better off we will be! The last time I saw my doctor she was talking to me about weight loss surgery,PCOS,chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia.....all which she wanted to throw pills at and what good would that do me?
We need to learn to be our own doctors and listen to our bodies!
