I will say, from my experience, yes they help. My ND told me it's like "acid rain" to parasites. I take it before meals. Also, my husband takes enzymes every day and he has never had a problem with parasites...he lives with me and my major parasite infections and he does my laundry and etc., I'm so glad it hasn't affected him. He takes Digest Gold which is expensive, I buy the $6.00 per bottle ones...maybe I should upgrade!

Other people on this forum will have a more educated answer...but I can tell you they have helped me.
