And I thought you knew why. You added back those grains and your gut just cant handle that right now? Which is no surprise, you know your problems,you know why. Ive felt the same way before,dying for some answers. When its all said and done,the solution will be the same. I can see many posters reaching out to you from experience and it must be hard to take it all in. But I can tell they want soo badly for you to learn from them. Its ultimately your desicion but Id hate to see you go through it for nothing,no answers. You dont know how many times ive gone through all the tests only to get the "negative" return and it just tears me up inside!
