Whether you have pinworms or not I do not know. If you never seen any of those little white wigglers (pictures of them are easy to find with Google) on your stool or in your child's stool, then maybe not.

Pinworms are serious. For example they are often the cause of appendicitis.

Chances are, sadly, that you all have parasites whether there are pinworms or not.

See link below for cayenne pepper challenge test to see if you have Tapeworms (sometimes one sees seseme seed looking things instead of “white rice”), for example. Hulda Clark says everyone she ever lab tested had Tapeworms & everyone had other kinds of parasites as well.
