Are you sure it's pinworms? They sell medications for it at drugstores that are also safe for kids. Have you tried those? I read on here once that coating your anal area with Noxema all day and night will kill them because they need to come out and lay eggs and they don't like the stuff so they don't come out and eventually die off. I think it said it takes 2-3 weeks. Search for pinworms on this forum and you should see it. Hang in there. I'm sure others on here can help as well.
