PMS problems

Hello, I've been having problems with PMS since 2009. I also have Hashimoto's Thyroditis. I'm going to give a little history of my health, to show all the details. I've thought of natural approaches to helping myself.

I took SSRIs and anti-anxiety medications for anxiety, starting in 2004, ending in 2009. Over that time, I took lexapro from 2004-2009, klonopin for a few months in 2009, welbutrin for a few months. I'd like to know if long term doses of lexapro could have affected my health? From 2004- early 2009, I had no major health complaints. I had problems with cramps and acne, and found out if I took birth control pills it could help both problems. I took Yasmin in 2007, for five months.

I stopped taking the pills, since I felt better. In 2008, I had no anxiety issues, very few break outs. In late 2008, I started a diet to lose weight. I gave up eating food high in fat. my diet was- oatmeal, lean protein, vegetables, fruit, soy milk. I started the diet in october 2008, and ended it in march 2009. I went from 157 to 113, a 44lb loss. I was happy with the results. I had a root canal on two of my back teeth. I've read that dentists use toxic chemicals in root canals.

In February 2009, I started to have problems with OCD and anxiety. I was originally diagnosed with OCD in 2004, and it was under control. I think my diet and the root canal could have did something.

In 2009, I noticed a difference in how I felt. I had- OCD/anxiety, fatigue, acne. I also started to become allergic to milk. Every time I drank milk, I had problems with my stomach. I noticed PMS symptoms, and my skin would break out around my chin and jaw line, especially during certain times of the month. In November 2009, I took Antibiotics to clear up my acne. I took the Antibiotics from November until January. The Acne did clear up, though not 100%. I was not told to take probiotics along with the Antibiotics .

In January 2010, I started to have problems eating sugar. Every time I ate sugar, I felt like I was going to have a panic attack. Later in 2010, I started to have a problem eating bread. I also gained 25 lbs, I went from being 120lbs to 145 lbs. Any kind of bread caused a reaction- bloating, fatigue, irritability. In October 2010, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis.

I now take 15 mg of Armor, twice a day. I take a multivitamin called Alive, and one Omega 3 fish oil vitamin. I've went to a naturopathic doctor, who was not any huge help. The doctor did help my realize the importance of vitamins, though I still have the OCD, PMS, and acne.

I have had an ultrasound on stomach, that came out normal, many blood tests that are normal. I completed at 24 hour urine cortisol test, since one doctor said my AM cortisol was slightly elevated. My cortisol in the AM was 20.5, according to the lab, it was a little high. I don't know the results yet.

When the naturopathic doctor felt my stomach, I noticed the area that your liver and pancreas, are at is sore. I do not do any heavy lifting or exercising. I went for a physical this week, and the area where my liver is, is still sore. I've been doing reading on PMS, and found out that PMS can be caused by a weak liver. I have a coating on my tongue that comes a little bit from cleaning the tongue, though is still visible.

I went to a reproductive endocrinologist, to talk about my PMS problems. The problems I have with PMS include- fatigue, depression, increased problems with anxiety, Acne around jawline, and bloating.

The reproductive endocrinologist, at first recommended going on birth control pills. The doctor seemed to think that the birth control pills were the only answer to help PMS. I read that there are many alternative ways to helping PMS then going on pills. I read that natural progesterone helps PMS, though I looked at other cause of PMS.

I read that parasites can cause PMS, acne, thyroid disorders, anxiety. I have all those things. I ordered a tincture on Amazon, that has the three herbs used to kill parasites. It's called 'Now Foods Fresh Green Black-Walnut Wormwood Complex'.

I'm tired of the PMS symptoms and anxiety I've been dealing with. I noticed around the 11th of each month, I start to have the same PMS symptoms. I'm trying to be patient with regular doctors. After reading that a weak liver and parasites could be the cause of my suffering, made me look into ways to treat it.

I've been following the Body Ecology Diet, though haven't done any "cleansing" procedures, though the diet recommends them. I read about colon cleansing and Liver Flush on this website. Though before the colon cleansing and liver flush, I read the parasite cleanse is comes first.

I'm going to start taking the 'Black Walnut Wormwood Complex', since it's all natural. I'm going to see if any change happens with that. I have natural progesterone, though I'm not sure if I should take it. The natural progesterone I have is called Emerita, and it says it can people who have PMS.

Can anyone else relate to this post? I wrote down everything that deals with my health. I've thought of finding a Homeopathic doctor.
