Not knowing if you live in the US or not, I do and I buy Epsom Salts at Walmart, Walgreens.......any store sells it. Today I found it in the garden section since the spring flowers are coming out and people use it for their plants. I always buy a big bag of it because I use it for a lot of things. As far as I know, it is all the same. I even take 1/2 teaspoon every day.
