Re: Epsom Salt not for internal use?

You should be able to safely ignore not for internal consumption warning. There is no seperate type of Epsom Salt for internal use vs external use. It is all Epsom Salt derived the same way. I have not heard or read anyone dieing from internally consuming Epsom Salts . After using Epsom Salts for three liver flushes, I am still alive and kicking as are many flushers who have taken the recommened amount of Epsom Salts in water over the course of as many as 20+ flushes. Hey, Epsom salts can facilitate healthier growth in plants, so they cannot be all that bad.
