Most Iodine I have taken internally has been reduced; as I put it in my breakfast smothie.
But I have painted my self all along; especially breasts as this was one of my complaints when I started iodine.
I also have removed a few moles by painting; so I have had my share of iodiNE.

On the occations of a suspected infection I have used it straight in water or painted on the outside of the area.
