As someone who has enough energy to go play 18 holes of golf without a problem, I find that it doesn't matter and I get no enjoyment out of life because of how severe my BRAIN FOG is. When I talk to people I can't really keep up with the conversation because my mind doesn't work fast enough. I can't create connections with people when I talk to them, and I notice I almost never look people in the eye. That is what is so interesting about methylation to me, is that I have obviously developed some extremely autistic traits when it comes to being in a social situation.
Anyway, I have been looking around and some people with cfs use adderall to combat the short term memory impairment and cognitive dysfunction. I am thinking about giving it a try sometime. It would obviously be a bandaid treatment that would be used to improve quality of life only.
For now my focus is to try to figure out methylation, and am about to get started on the rich van konyenburg protocol once my body feels like it has fully recovered from my crash.
