Hi Jay,
From the research I've done, I think cysts are bumps or bulges in the eye. Does yours look like the picture below? If so, I would go see an eye doctor asap. I believe I have eye parasites as well but so far haven't seen an actual worm crawling in the eye (knock on wood).
