Tapeworm Cysts, formed by the body which coats a tough membrane around a foreign object, are usually found in the posterior of the eye , not on the surface and I doubt that a cyst could be seen bacause they would be attached or embedded in the tissues. I don't know if it is possible for cysts to form on the cornea. An exam by an ompthomoligist could try to id the cysts or free larva in the eye.
