Ear plugs work!!!

I have this too. I'm very sensitive to sound and stimulus. I highly suggest earplugs, and for now, I would take a break from TV, especially anything that's not soothing.

I sleep every night with earplugs in because I hear all of it and it all makes me jump. There was a period when I couldn't watch tv or listen to music because I was too sensitive. There are lots of potential reasons why a person could be sensitive like that including benzos, right? In the mean time, definitely put those ear plugs in and chill with the TV watching. Or, you could try watching it with the volume way down or on mute. I watched movies with subtitles for a while before I started being able to tollerate sound again.

Still rootin for ya!
Beth
