Re: Update on my progress (long)

Yes the vitamin b`s are important as the uptake of minerals like zinc and magnesium depend on them.
The water soluble vitamins are the first to go in modern agriculture and food refining.
I have had at least 10 units of fruit, berries and greens / herbs daily the last 10-15 years, still need some b and c in addition.
Bee pollen is fine, but I would take some in supplementation form in addition until detox is over. Or take a lot of it.
(I have had great effect of vit B, but also side effects when I took too much for a long time.)- BTW local bee pollen is said to bee good for allergies.

I also had a couple of years with only natural forms of vitamins, amla and acerola for vit c etc; these were the years when I developed my hypo T condition.
I still take it in natural form but also some ascorbic acid. I believe I have benefits from it; like never have colds anymore, skin looks good for my age etc.
