I dont know what you have BUT you need to do something this sounds horrible. Maybe try albendazole, which is used to kills roundworms and tapeworms. The only reason why I say this is because you passed that long thing in your stool. Also go into the Parasites: drug forum, ask what you should do in there..

My suggestion would be go to the store and buy lots of garlic, go home and start eating some on your food and see hwo you react, all parasites HATE garlic. Whether it be a parasite like giardia or worms like roundworms.
Also if I were you I would order Humaworm..
