can some one help me with what type of parasite i have or if i even have them

ok ill try to keep this short as possible im a 28 year old male previosly healthy this all started 3 years ago after living in mexico my first symptom was extremely itchy left ear that also was pluged up on and off then i started to get dizzy heavy head ind of like i always had a hang over tired all the time got an mri normal fast forward 1 year and a half ago i started feeling sick especially after i ate or smoked shortly after i went to mexico again for a short time came back i was sicker than ever i went to an allergist last april and tested allergic to corn so i started avoiding most processed foods because they contain corn also my hay fever was the worst it had ever been feeling of being strangled probably because my throught was swelling fast forward again to june i got this horrible sensation that i was half way paralized i couldnt controll my body even though everything still worked right a couple days later this horrible burning fybromialgia like pain hit me basiclly over night along with electric feelings in my scalp and ice pick in the brain feelings the only thing that could touch it was vicodin that lasted about a week ever since thin i have had alternating joint pain nerve pain and muscle pain i quit smoking about that time by the way couldnt handle them any more ok so about 3 months back i pased this thing that looked like a worm about as big around as three tooth picks together and about 8 inches long took it to the doc and she thought it was a worm and sent it into the lab in the mean time i was put on mebendazoll when the results came back it said it had no resembelance to a worm and was only vegetable material they also said it was under an inch long when it was actually 8 inches long so whith the mebendazol i didnt notice much except my breathing seemed to get better i had also had more mri s seen nuerologists rhumaltalagists and had all sorts of tests during this time all normal a couple weeks later my wife had her mom send up a parasite med from mexico called kidomax basically nitazoxanide i had probably taken my second pill that morning that night i took some multi vitamins and noticed i got a big kick from them usually dont notice anything with those the dose i took the morning after that i felt something release of my legs they felt light as a feather the dose that nigh i felt something release off the back of my head and my spine i felt like i grew a few inches like all this weight was taken off me that night in bed i could feel my scalp crawling like there was little bugs under there going crazy it kind of felt like that in various spots through out my body so after i finished the medicine the symptoms quickly returned only worse instead of just my legs feeling dead and weak and disconected my whole body did and my arms felt like they weighed a ton almost like they didnt like the medicane so they all migrated to my arms i found out later that nitazaxanide is mainly for giardia so here i am worse than ever i spend most of my time flat on my back on the couch like i have been for almost a year i forgot to mention now its not just the corn i have allergic reactions to its about everything except meat and vegatbles neurologic reactions my arms and legs go numb with a side order of nerve pain tingling in the scalp all sorts of things flare up and in all this time that left ear is itchy as ever and now its not just my scalp that get that crawling senstation its all over my face and my throught so any ideas what this is or how to deal with it i ordered some humaworm but im not aposed to drugs anything to get me better and out of my dads house and back to the land of the living so i can suporrt my family and have a life like a normal human being ill try to pay it forward some day
