Got out another ~50 or so Gallstones out with another coffee enema this morning and many were covered in tentacles. I am CRAVING fat right now and am going to pick up some avocados and have one.. or three. :) Nice to be more in touch with what my body wants.

Going to have to get to the big flush very soon.. a few more days with the Intestinal formulas and cleaning there and I'll go for it. My liver is clearly chalked full of stones... and I've already passed THOUSANDS in the past few months.
