Do you suggest that I keep doing the garlic x10 cloves, + cayenne x 1tsp x 4 times per day, + 6 tbspn apple cider ???
I have to admit, last night sucked!!! These experiences make me want to slow down, but I'm not sure if that's what I should do.
My first thought is to keep going but then start adding coffee enemas in the evenings to 'get things out'. The warm water enema worked great but coffee enemas are something I need to look into.
Also, I feel as if cutting back on charcoal for now would be ideal, and you were right in the other thread. Absorbing all of the die off is cool but getting it out quickly with less charcoal seems the best decision... because I felt 1000000x better once the flukes and stuff were out.. and BOY were there ALOT of them!
