Holy Cow. Last night sucked the big one. I started to feel like hell all over again last night. I have been taking the IF #1 and #2 for a few days now. I've also been eating garlic cloves and doing cayenne 1tsp x3-4 w/acv multiple times per day. I started getting hot and really shaky, feeling very anxious and out of sorts again. Anyways, I said enough is enough. I went and did a 1L warm water enema and I got out tons and tons of little rolled up red stringy things... and LOTS of liver debris (was bright green and looked like shredded up Celery bits).
Anyways, the castor oil packs really got my liver into high gear and moved all of this out. If it weren't such a horrible experience as far as how I felt I'd keep going hard again, but I want to make sure that I get my bowels regulated adequately before I continue doing that.

WOWZAH! That was some "release"!
You know, I think those stringy green Celery bits might be immature flukes - I don't know that for sure, but I saw a lot of 'em after my first 'fluke regime'.
'Sounds like you released a LOT but didn't have the horrendous after effects...awesome!
Your bowels will regulate MUCH easier the more bile is flowing...just don't go crazy/aggressive or you'll end up being sorry you did. Right? Right!

I have to admit, last night sucked!!! These experiences make me want to slow down, but I'm not sure if that's what I should do.
My first thought is to keep going but then start adding coffee enemas in the evenings to 'get things out'. The warm water enema worked great but coffee enemas are something I need to look into.
Also, I feel as if cutting back on charcoal for now would be ideal, and you were right in the other thread. Absorbing all of the die off is cool but getting it out quickly with less charcoal seems the best decision... because I felt 1000000x better once the flukes and stuff were out.. and BOY were there ALOT of them!- Fantastic job, Ray!... n/m Re: 10+ C... healinginHiswings

This is a reply to # 1,772,733Thanks! I'm keeping up the ACV BOMB 3-4 x per day, castor oil packs over the liver whenever I can and foot reflexology. Oil pulling, juices... etc etc.. I'm so excited! While I have had these bad reactions, I've got charcoal, water, and warm water enemas at the ready.
Just got to keep moving forward and enduring.

Do I suggest continuing aggressive 'fluke attack' with the garlic?
Yes, brutal massacre of liver flukes is not only something I suggest, it's something I relish & enjoy. Ooh-rah! Death to Flukes!
However, I do not suggest that rotting carcasses in the liver is a goodness.
