Re: cayenne pepper question

I've read through the archives and have been impressed by a few posts about the benefit of cayenne pepper. It's why I replaced the spice rack version I had (by a company named Schwartz - I'm in the UK also) by what I found in my local Holland and Barrat, which is by the company Julian Graves. It is a much brighter red colour, fresher looking and tasting, and I don't mind adding a quarter teaspoon to my lemon or limeade with it in. I've had some trouble locating information about heat units. I guess we have to do what we can, and I'm happy with what I'm getting out of the cleanse even if my cayenne pepper isn't the hottest. I find it helps me not think about the lemonade as a Sugar fix, in the way of "food" which is the emotional addiction I'm trying to overcome.

Job done. :-)
