Re: cayenne pepper question

The book also sez to do the lax tea and SWF "if needed" and to drink water "only if desired". The book was written in the late 40s and the original formula was geared for the healing of ulcers.

Through empirical evidence and folks sharing their personal experiences on public forums like this in addition to newer info regarding the healing and therapeutic properties of cayenne all these things have changed and now we do the tea and the SWF and  matter of course on the MC because  of all the chemicals and processed foods in our current society make elimination problems a common ocurrence. Same thing with the info on cayenne at the time the book was written there probably was no system for grading the Heat Units of cayenne. Because of that and the more updated info on cayenne the importance and and value of having the proper heat and higher amounts of cayenne has become common usage from the shared info from folks "experienced" with the MC. So WRB press on but I would cut back on the amount of cayenne not because of this person quoting the book but as I mentiond before you are adding a lot of solid matter to a liquid fast. Do your own research on the healing and therapeutic properties of cayenne it is pretty amazing. Some folks have refered to the MC as a vehicle for cayenne delivery.
