Strongyloides tears through my skin

This isn't as bad as some people have, I know, but this one really hurt. I felt like something was scratching my foot, like my cat had dug her claws into me deep! She wasn't even in the room, so I looked down and this is what I saw, with a tiny little white worm coming out of one end. I killed that suc***! I've had several large holes open up in my legs and arms the last few days. At least they are leaving, but I wish they would find a less painful way to do it, because these things don't feel good popping through your skin.
