Right now I am on day 3. The first 2 days I did juice in the morning then water throughout the day when I was thirsty, and then juice when I got home. I woke up late this morning so I did not have time to juice, but I'll probably do it when I get home. Once I run out of all of my fruits and veggies I am probably going to be on a strict water fast, with some green tea here and there. That is the plan at least. I have not been weighing myself though because it's that time of the month and I know I am bloated. Also, I haven't worked out either. Since I've read about how tiring the first week can be I decided that I won't work out until my energy is up.
