Re: BT-7 Bio/Brain Tuner does nothing for me. I got it for anxiety. How can I make it work?
I have suffered from anxiety/stress related symptoms for 10 years now. I used the bio tuner with great success. I did take vitamin b6 (p5p) 50mg a day, about 600-800mg magnesium citrate/day, 400mcg folic acid/day, and Methyl B12 - 1000mcg every 2 to 3 days. I also used it in combination with a really good EMDR recording - stress management cd by Australian psychologist Mark Grant, which you can download here: http://voltahealth.com/proddetail.php?prod=CC-MP3 this in combination with the bio tuner made me feel like after a session of acupuncture (drowsy-but relaxed), as the recording is somewhat hypnotic. I generally used the #2 setting, seemed the most relaxing to me. I did two - 20 min sessions consecutively per day, sometimes I would add another session later on in the day.
My anxiety was so bad, I could not even walk into a store without feeling like I'm going to lose it. I would get dizzy everywhere in public, a vertigo feeling, my visuals and hearing would get amplified. I also had bad sweating episodes whenever I got really nervous for no apparent reason.
What pleased me the most about the bio tuner is it lessened my sweating problem due to anxiety by about 75-80%. and my general anxiety about 90%. I still have issues sometimes with panic in certain situations, but is much more controllable.
I plan to see a good hypnotherapist soon to resolve the problem once and for all, i suggest you find a good hypnotherapist in your area, as I truly believe hypnotherapy does work for matters of this kind. Anxiety and panic comes from your subconcious mind, and this is what EMDR and hypnotherapy target.
