BT-7 Bio/Brain Tuner does nothing for me. I got it for anxiety. How can I make it work?

Have used the device over a month now.
Have tried all modes, and different intensities.
Have tried only one session a day, up to multiple sessions per day, and as many as 5 sessions in a row after I heard some people had success with that.

I feel absolutely nothing from using the device.

I hear of reports of euphoria, relaxation, easing of anxiety/depression, etc, but I have noticed no change whatsoever. Either during, after, or in my life generally over the last month.
I followed the usage directions closely, I feel the current on my lower ear lobes and the yellow light on the device lights up so I know it’s working correctly.
I was hoping for some relief from the anxiety I suffer on a constant basis. I have felt it, unrelenting, for every minute I'm awake over the last 9 months.
I've tried EFT, seen a psychologist, been on anti-depressants (even though I have no Depression with it, I just constantly feel "on-edge").
I know the incident that triggered the anxiety, and have attempted to resolve and let it go, but the anxiety is still there.

I heard there's an accesory that's a headset that’s like a stethoscope and goes behind the ears available. Am I likely to notice any significant change from using it? If so, does anyone know where it can be obtained, because I'm yet to see a place where it can be bought.

Any suggestions on how I can feel ANYTHING positive from the device?
