Sure, everyone makes their own choice. I for one went on Allergy pills for a decade or more which pretty much kept my Hay fever under control while allowing the Ascaris that caused it to thrive. This still goes on every day via the Medico Mafia...

Unconverted VitD is a toxin, a product if left uncontrolled will plug the D receptors and act as a Steroid lowering overall immunity like an Allergy pill would. Converted VitD is a hormone but it takes more than just supps to make that hormone.

Best practice would be to test converted D, and if not enough converted D is available one might wonder why with all the D being pushed on us even in Candy are we still short the hormone...

Kind of like the T conundrum of Thyroid care via Fluoridation..
