Re: VIT D test results help appreciated

I think many on this may be not supportive or in favor of Vitamin D unless you obtain it from the sun, and I understand that, however, last year my results were the same as yours when checked. I had them checked in the middle of the summer. I began taking 10,000 iu of D per day under a holitic doctors care until I reached 80 to 100 ng/ml. I now take about 5000 iu per day and recheck my d every 90 days. I adjust up or down. Man, I feel even better and how can that be possible? I just keep getting and feeling better. I used to sunburn when I went into the sun, but now I tan. Not a cough, sniffle, nothing in my family since we got our d levels up. I take over the counter d3.
